All I can do is share my story. We moved from California in 2014 to 30 acres we owned here in Louisiana. I owned a lumber company, a truss company and a wall framing company, very similar to Deer Valley, in northern California. I’ve built and framed thousands of homes. Moving to a place where I know no subcontractors or suppliers we decided a manufactured home was our best choice. After looking at many homes and dealers we found our Briarritz in Bossier City and fell in love with it. The home was delivered and set up in October of 2014 and Deer Valley sent a great crew to finish out the home. We’ve been extremely happy and very pleased with the quality of construction of our home. Thanks again for all the help and cooperation from your company to make our move complete!

It didn’t take us long to figure out that a Deer Valley modular home would check all the boxes for us: heavy built, the finishes, color choices, floor plans, etc. We had such a hard time deciding which model because we loved several. Ultimately, the Woodside stole our hearts. We encountered and worked with so many awesome people (Jeff) from New Castle/Three Stone in Harrisonville and with Deer Valley. The finishing team with Deer Valley (Paul and Eric), in particular, worked for days on end to make sure we were thrilled with the end result – you could tell they truly cared. We still have a lot to do (basement and property), but we love our Woodside and will enjoy it for decades to come!

Timeline: broke ground in Jun, house was set in Sep, moved in early Dec and finishing crew the end of Jan.

We ordered our new Deer Valley Home and couldn’t be more pleased. I love the fact that they will customize your floor plan to your liking. The engineer even contacted our dealer a couple times about certain changes we wanted to make sure they understood how we wanted.

The whole process was smooth and the quality of the home is second to none.

We bought the Aimon, making changes to better suit our needs.

Many of the upgrades for other manufacturers are standard for Deer Valley. They use solid wood cabinets, soft close, 2×6 exterior walls, high R19 insulation, premium #1 & #2 lumber, LVT flooring, 8’ ceilings, tilt out thermo pane windows, rounded corners and counters, to name a few.

We purchased our Deer Valley Home & final trim was done last week. To say we are extremely pleased with the home is an understatement! The quality, the customizations, the heavy build, the attention to every detail…it is the best home out there. Best experience I’ve had buying a mobile. I was really impressed with the trim out crew. They addressed everything on this setup with pride and a lot of experience. They did things I didn’t expect, such as redoing all the sheet rock ,most of it looked fine to me.they redid all trim, same, looked fine. Repainted whole house. I have to rave about a crew that came to my home yesterday. Jeremy was the team leader. He and his crew worked through the day and completed everything on my punch list that they had supplies for. They brought a lot. They fixed anything I asked and even replaced a kitchen island countertop because of a small-ish scratch!! I love these guys. So thoughtful and polite and friendly. Initially I was concerned that Deer Valley would not respond to my punch list because of what I have read on Facebook. But this crew responded went above and beyond. Way to go!!! We bought our home from regional homes a few years back and the sales woman Tiffany was so in love with these she really sold us on the deer valley homes. I’m glad she did cause we just came through hurrican sally a cat 2 hurricane and the home came through with only a piece of siding missing..wewent from 3am to almost 3 pm with no power and the home is so we’ll insulated that we barely got up to 74 inside the house. Like I said the house is extremely well put together cause we had 105 mph winds and not even a single missing.. I would recommend these homes to anyone

This a post giving Deer Valley a big shout out!!! This is my 2016 deer valley. Survived Hurricane Laura. We had 165mph winds. We are 30 miles east of Lake Charles, LA (where the eye went through) when we bought this home we were told it would withstand a category 4 🌀 Hurricane. Laura was a cat 4.5. To see all the devastation around us, homes completely destroyed (i’m not just talking about mobile homes I’m talking about all homes) 🏚️ and yet our home has very little 🏠 damage. At 165 mph SSE winds💨, my home faces the south, rain did seep through the window seals in the front of the house. The roof is still intact as far as I know we lost no shingles but I still am going to have the insurance adjuster take a better look at the roof. 🌳🌳🌳 We had several trees uprooted, thank God our home wasn’t uprooted as well.

We bought the Aimon in 2020. The process was very easy the construction was fast. Ordered in April & moved in in September. I’m very pleased with both Charleston Home Center & Deer Valley. I was very hesitant on doing manufactured housing but after this experience I would 100% do it again. Just this summer we built a 30×32 attached garage, icing on the cake in my opinion. Deer Valley home builders delivered us a brand-new semi-custom home that we were able to move into in just six months start to finish. This option was both economical and efficient. Tyler and Mike did a great job managing the process and working as a go-between with the manufacturer.

We bought the 3,100 sq ft DV Anais, adding a porch and modifying exterior features. We customized the floor plan, added can lights throughout, put in quartz, and upgraded wood laminate. At every step of the way, Tyler was patient and accommodating. The guys at DV were open to every door I added and wall I moved.
