Deer Valley Homebuilders understands that purchasing a home is often the biggest decision you’ll ever make. To say that a new home purchase is merely a considerable endeavor and significant investment is an understatement — after all, this is the place you choose to live. At Deer Valley, we never compromise on building materials or quality construction principles. The strength of our materials, the consistency and passion that drives our workmanship, and the commitment to heavy-built, energy efficiency homes, are the driving forces that make Deer Valley a leader in manufactured and modular housing.
Many of these advantages are afforded to us by the very nature of factory-built housing. By constructing our homes in a highly regulated, climate-controlled facility, we can completely mitigate construction delays caused by undesirable weather conditions and minimize any contamination from external sources. Subsequently, our regulated and tightly monitored building processes ensure that your home gets built on time, to spec, and will last for generations.
Furthermore, continual in-plant inspections result in compliance with the most current energy efficiency and construction codes. So at the end of the day, you not only get a home that’s built stronger and more reliable than a site built home, as well as a structure that guarantees a lifetime of efficient and sustainable operation, you save time and money.

All Exterior Walls are 2×6 with Energy Efficient R19 Insulation
All series of homes constructed by Deer Valley Homebuilders are built with 2×6’s. This allows more insulation in the sidewalls and much stronger construction. Although this feature may be more expensive, it is undeniably advantageous and comes standard with all Deer Valley series of homes. 2×6 framing as compared to most traditional 2×4 framing is tremendously stronger with much greater load bearing capacity.
Deer Valley Homebuilders frames and constructs each home with #1 and #2 lumber. We do not use #3 lumber or culls. This largely eliminates any potential warping or bowing.
Top and Bottom Plates are 2×6 and 2×4
We do not use 1x4s as structural framing members.
Double 2x Studded Headers above doors and windows
Compare this to single stud design. This measure prevents sagging, contributing to greater structural integrity.
This lessens attic heat by approximately 30 degrees, thereby increasing shingle life and allowing for significant long term energy cost savings. All series of homes constructed by Deer Valley include this significant energy savings feature standard. All Deer Valley manufactured and modular homes are built in a way that reduces energy costs and ensures long term sustainability and efficiency.

We commit to building sustainable, efficient homes for a modern America
Heavy duty engineering is often associated with inefficiency, waste, and unnecessary expense, just as a heavy duty truck is expected to have terrible gas mileage. When custom engineering our signature “Heavy Built” manufactured home, the team at Deer Valley committed themselves to not only breaking this trend, but making the Heavy Built brand synonymous with energy efficiency and sustainability.
By making features like Low E Thermal Pane windows, perimeter floor registers, and radiant heat barrier roof decking standard in all Deer Valley homes, we’re able to not only increase the lifespan of your home and minimize the amount of necessary maintenance, but we can save you hundreds or even thousands on your annual utility bills. Our advanced building processes and highly controlled construction planning allows us to deliver on tighter, stronger built homes and enhanced energy efficiency. This is just one of the reasons why Deer Valley homes are not just the best manufactured homes, but the best home value, period.
You cannot believe the compliments we have received on this house both on the inside and out. "Awesome" seems to be the most descriptive. We are Ambassadors for Deer Valley. Hope some of the talk with cause Dinkins to sell more homes. I would be remiss not to mention how impressive it is to have at least three or four different visits from Deer Valley reps just to be sure everything was up to your standards. Thanks again for all of your assistance. Y'all do a great job!
We bought a Deer Valley Home from Don Eichler and have absolutely no complaints. The finish work is beautiful and everyone that sees our home is surprised it's not stick built. Don provides excellent service, our home is solid and comfortable. This is our retirement home and we love it!

Don't usually leave a review but want to recognize Deer Valley for their product and service. My husband and I bought our home 2 years ago from J and J Homes in Cullman. Our home had a year's warranty from Deer Valley. They honored the warranty with professional repair personnel. With anything new and especially moved 50 miles and down a stee slope things can get moved around. Deer Valley made sure we were happy with every aspect of our mobile home for a year. We have had no issues with quality or anything else since our warranty ran out. The home is well insulated. Our utility bill usually runs around 100 dollars a month. Less than half of our stick home. We love it! Would not hesitate to buy another Deer Valley home.
I truly do not have words to describe how impressed I am with this company and its staff. They are a job to do business with and deserve success beyond measure. IN days where complaint is frequent and praise seldom heard, I want to redress that balance a little and commend Deer Valley Home Builders to you and to their potential, future clients. This is a company you can trust and do business with in complete confidence. Thank you for your time and attention, and enjoy a wonderful day - everyday!

My husband and I just wanted to thank you (and Deer Valley) for sending Bill this past weekend to repair our home. He was such a pleasure to have and he does exceptional work. He was a very hard worker and such a nice man. We are so pleased and wanted to send you a quick email to let you know that we are so happy we decided to go with Deer Valley.
