We appreciate your interest in Deer Valley Homes very much! All pricing will come from our Home Centers. Please contact one of them to discuss. Every homeowner’s situation, land and needs are 100% different and they will help you with that after listening to your needs when they give you a price. Your local home center will be able to give you the most accurate pricing, as they are able to factor in items such as delivery, your needs and site prep. If they are not on this list, they are not an authorized center that can order your home.
If we are not currently building in your area, please keep an eye out for us as we grow and expand our areas. It is most important to us to grow areas as we grow our quality staff to take care of the homeowner’s needs and warranty work.
