Director of Customer Service
Jeffery oversees the service department and assists with service requests across Louisiana, Texas, Mississippi, and Oklahoma, including factory trim-outs. He and Josh Lucas work closely together across these states to make sure every request gets handled.
Director of Factory Trim-Out
Josh is responsible for processing factory trim-out requests and scheduling trim-out crews for all areas. He and Jeffery Halcomb assist each other with requests across Louisiana, Texas, Mississippi, and Oklahoma.
Regional Service Coordinator – FL, GA, NC, SC
Steven is responsible for processing service requests, service authorizations, and scheduling services for Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina.
Regional Service Coordinator – AL, AR, IL, IN, KY, MO, TN, WV
Mike is responsible for processing service requests, service authorizations, and scheduling services for Alabama, Arkansas, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Missouri, Tennessee, and West Virginia.
Service Department Admin
Nick is responsible for overseeing payables to retailers and contractors and managing the shipping schedule for parts. He also handles all purchase order payments and coordinates UPS and FedEx tracking to make sure everything arrives where it needs to be, when it needs to be there.
